Hotel Conquistador

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff were great and friendly. The parking was guarded at all times. There was a small store with everything needed and a layer office. I liked how they had couches in the lobby to sit and hang around. They do have a shuttle that takes you to the consulate. This is the best hotel we stayed in.

Rooms were spacious and clean, except for the floors needed a real mopping with water, not just a dry mop! When I got out of the shower my feet got dirty before I could get to the bed. However, I requested they mop and they did. You do get tickets with your room for breakfast.

My husband ,kids and i stayed here for a month for my husbands process and all the staff was very helpful and nice. Our housekeeper Mary was amazing she was very friendly and always kept our suite clean. She went above and beyond she she treated us like family. All the security guys were attentive all taxis drivers specially José Luis. The restuarant servers where very friendly and kind.

Definitely not bad especially for the price. Not the nices place in the area but definitely not the worse. They did serve the same thing for breakfast everyday but wasn't bad. Could use a little bit better housekeeping but the cleaning lady's are friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

The area is good, service is helpful the taxis that work for the hotel are great. Only down side i got a room next to boiler room and could smell gas,since im very sensitive to smell. They said it did not smell. Other than that the stay has been great. They have a little restaurant on the bottom floor and a little store as well. Also an office that helps with all paper work.

My family and I stay here often. We've never had a bad experience. Our room is always clean and the service is always great. We especially appreciate having a working mini fridge in each room. A must for any family small children who are constantly thirsty and want a snack... Lol. My only objection would be to the time in which breakfast is available. Their restaurant doesn't open until 7:30am which can be a bummer if you have to head out earlier than that. It'd be nice to be able to give the kids a hot meal before hitting the road again, when do leave earlier. But the times that we've had the privilege to dine in, the service and food has not disappointed us. My kids love the hot cakes and chocolate waffles.

The cheapest hotel near to the Consulate, offer free breakfast with few options. They also have free transportation to the Consulate; but if you walk it takes like 3 to 5 minutes walking. They have a pool but it wasn't open to the public because needs maintenance. There is laundry service, 2 washers (1 load for $1.50 in quarters) and 2 dryers(1 load for $2.00 in quarters) 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. For the price is a good option if you don't care.

Staff is helpful, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. Within walking distance to appointments. They offer a shuttle also.

My wife and I stayed 8 nights at this Hotel. And our experience was excellent, rooms, service and location mainly if you have legal immigration matters to attend? Then this a great location the staff is always ready to assist in any way possible for your well being. Breakfast? Wow for a complementary breakfast I think this is going above and beyond. The place is very clean even though they have a lot of people everyday here...And after going through a " BAD " experience at a local "Casa de huespedes"? And having all the attention and services offered here at Hotel Conquistador? We would definitely come back or recommend it. I know there are lot a of great Hotels in the area but this is our personal experience here at this awesome location, they surtenly make you feel at home....THANK YOU...La experiencia aquí en el Hotel Conquistador fue GENIAL. What can I say! Totally recomended these hotel, the place is clean, house keeping girls always keeping up with the rooms and checking if you need service or anything they could do for you, front desk girls always attentive, and helpful, the gentleman that helps with transportation friendly and knows lots t about the city and willing to share information with visiters, and the restaurant always clean the complementary breakfast is delicious, and the lady's always very polite. I don't have any complains about these hotel, and it also is really close to the embassy and clinics, and last is really safe.
